The ABM Agency is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Account.

This position will partner with the CRO and play a key role in developing a framework for NOAM & EMEA wide account management both internally and externally. Day to day will include client calls and communications, driving and directing the internal media, ad ops, development and design teams to ensure project timelines are being met, deliverables are being completed, and resources allocated appropriately.
Your focus will be managing accounts that will span across ABM, creative and digital media work — all of which will ladder up to supporting our account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for our clients (along with our internal marketing efforts). Given the breadth of types of accounts and projects you’ll be involved in managing, we’re looking for someone who is highly knowledgeable (and understands the many nuances involved with) working across creative, development and digital media channels. A background in directing creative projects is preferred.
We absolutely need someone who is both highly proactive and detail-oriented in this role — we can’t stress this enough. You should be a self-starter who’s excited to work with a team of digital marketing specialists who are passionate about what they do and are dedicated to delivering quality work and results for their clients. Agency and client facing experience is a plus as this role does have the likelihood to expand into interacting directly with our clients, such as on project kickoff meetings and recurring status calls.
Role Responsibilities and Tasks Project management expertise that can be applied across the many different disciplines and types of projects noted above is the critical element when it comes to this role; we’re looking for someone who is highly organized and well versed in what is involved in order to successfully execute and complete the various tasks and milestones related to these types of projects Strong communication will also be key (both in writing and speech) You will be supporting teams across different departments at the agency; you will need to be able to effectively work with different personality types and adjust working style appropriately.
Keep all relevant team members for projects you’re managing informed on status and collaborate with the account team to stay up to date on any new client direction Recognize situations when you should “manage up”; escalate appropriate items/updates to your manager whether client or internal team related Proficiency in G-Suite, Monday, Adobe Creative Suite, and Hubspot preferred BA/BS in marketing or related field preferred
Base is $112k with bonus of $35k on target and 401k
