Meet Our Founder
Amanda Bohan is the founder & president of ABM.
Throughout her career, Amanda has had the pleasure of working with a variety of shows on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and regionally, as well as with a number of non-profit organizations.
Prior to ABM, she served as Vice President of Marketing & Advertising for DTE Agency/Davenport Theatrical, and was one of the founding members of Situation Interactive’s social media department. Some of her work in these roles included: It’s Only A Play, Mothers and Sons, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular, Blue Man Group, Jersey Boys Las Vegas, SHN, Center Theatre Group, and more.
She has also worked with iconic & Fortune 500 brands in the digital and social media space, while serving as a Social Media Supervisor at MEC, a leading, international media agency. Some of her accounts included: IKEA, Citibank, Campbell’s Soup Company, Pepperidge Farm, Colgate, Chevron/Texaco, Bloomberg, and Yum! Brands. Most notably, she played an integral role on the social media strategy for IKEA, leading them to nearly 1 million Facebook likes during her time on the account; she conducted extensive social media research for Colgate’s Optic White Toothpaste launch; and led the social advertising strategy for Citibank’s 200th Anniversary.
Amanda has contributed articles to PBS Mediashift, Huffington Post, Venture Beat, ArtsMarketing.org, Social Media Monthly, and others, as well as served as an ongoing lecturer for NYU’s continuing education Arts Marketing course, lectured at ART/New York, and the National Arts Marketing Project Conference.
